REARDON'S WARRANTY

 

All refinishing coatings are warranted to the owner of the home at the time of refinishing by Reardon's Aluminum Siding Refinishing Inc.

 

Reardon's Aluminum Siding Refinishing Inc. warrants against the spray coatings containing defects that will cause peeling, blistering, flaking, chalking, checking, cracking or crazings.

 

The warranty does not include defects which might occur as a result of the factory's original finish and/or vandalism, objects thrown or hit against the finish of the siding. Failure to properly clean, damage from accidents, weather or human related damage caused by corrosives such as chemicals either in the atmosphere or directly applied. Normal weathering and fading of the spray finish and acts of God beyond Reardon's Aluminum Siding Refinishing Inc's control are excluded.

If a warranted defect does exist, Reardon's Aluminum Siding Refinishing Inc. will refinish, repair or refund the portion of the purchase price for only the areas found defective. Repairs of defective areas will be made only by Reardon's Aluminum Siding Refinishing Inc. for the warranty to be valid. Due to atmospheric fading of colors, a shade difference may occur between repaired panels and original refinished panels, and is not a defect.

 

The original period will not be extended due to any repairs and the cost to refinish defective siding panels will decline 10% a year until the 10 year warranty has expired.

 

The above stated warranty applies only to aluminum siding surfaces and not to steel, wood, masonry, stucco or vinyl surfaces.
